Who we are

This website is operated by Lucky Filmz Ltd, based in Kigali, Rwanda. You can reach us at luckyfilmz27@gmail.com. "We", "us" and "our" mean Lucky Filmz Ltd; "you" and "your" mean the person or organisation using this site.

Using this site

By browsing, purchasing or booking through this site you accept these Terms & Conditions together with the Refund Policy, the Cancellation Policy and the Drone Footage Licensing & Usage Policy, each of which forms part of this agreement.

You must be able to enter into a binding contract to buy from this site. If you are buying on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind it.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and your password secure, and for everything done through your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

Orders, prices and payment

Prices are shown on each listing and are confirmed at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order already paid for.

Payment is taken through our payment provider. We do not store your card details. An order is accepted when payment completes and your licence is issued; until then, no contract exists between us.

If a listing shows an obviously incorrect price or description, we may decline or cancel the order and refund you in full.

What you receive

When you buy footage you receive a licence to use it on the terms set out in the Drone Footage Licensing & Usage Policy. You do not receive ownership or copyright. Read that policy before you buy — it governs what you may and may not do with the files.

Refunds and cancellation

Because footage can be downloaded immediately, purchases are generally final. The Refund Policy sets out the exceptions, and the Cancellation Policy sets out when an order or a booked shoot can be cancelled.

Commissioned work and drone pilot bookings

Shoots are subject to weather, airspace restrictions and the permissions of the relevant civil aviation authority. Where a flight cannot lawfully or safely go ahead, we will reschedule with you or refund under the Cancellation Policy.

Your content and conduct

If you upload material to this site — as a creator or otherwise — you confirm you hold the rights to it and the permissions of anyone identifiable in it, and you grant us the rights we need to host, display and distribute it through the marketplace. You must not use this site unlawfully, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or interfere with its operation.

Availability

We aim to keep the site and your purchased downloads available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site, and we may remove a listing at any time. Removing a listing does not affect a licence already issued to you.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business or any indirect or consequential loss.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Rwanda, and the courts of Rwanda have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version in force for your order is the one you accepted at checkout, recorded against your order. This version is 2026-09-18, effective 18 September 2026.
