Drone Footage Licensing & Usage Policy

All drone footage available for purchase on the Lucky Filmz Ltd website remains the intellectual property and copyrighted content of Lucky Filmz Ltd or the respective rights holder.

Purchasing footage does not transfer ownership or copyright to the customer. Instead, the customer receives a license to use the purchased footage according to the terms below.

Permitted use

Unless otherwise stated on the individual footage listing, purchased footage may be used for:

• Websites and social media.
• Corporate and business communications.
• Marketing and promotional materials.
• Advertising and commercial campaigns.
• Films, documentaries, presentations, and other audiovisual productions.
• Other personal or commercial projects consistent with the purchased license.

Restrictions

Customers may not:

• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or commercially re-license the original footage as a standalone asset.
• Upload or make the original footage available on stock footage websites or competing marketplaces.
• Give, transfer, or distribute the footage to third parties for their independent use.
• Claim copyright or ownership of the footage.
• Register the footage as their own copyrighted work.
• Use the footage in a way that violates applicable laws or third-party rights.
• Remove or intentionally obscure any copyright or ownership information where such information is embedded in the footage or accompanying materials.

Modification

Customers may edit, crop, colour-grade, combine, shorten, or otherwise modify the footage as reasonably necessary for their permitted project.

However, modifications do not transfer copyright ownership of the original footage to the customer.

Commercial use

Commercial use is permitted where the applicable footage license allows it. This may include advertising, branded content, corporate videos, websites, tourism promotion, hospitality marketing, real-estate marketing, documentaries, and other commercial productions.

For large-scale campaigns, broadcast use, exclusive use, or other specialized requirements, customers should contact Lucky Filmz Ltd for a custom license.

Credit

Where reasonably possible, we appreciate credit as: Drone Footage © Lucky Filmz Ltd

Credit may be required for certain footage or licenses and will be stated on the relevant product listing where applicable.

License transfer

The license granted to the purchaser is for the purchaser's own project or organization and may not be transferred or resold independently of that project without written permission from Lucky Filmz Ltd.

Copyright

All rights not expressly granted under the applicable license remain with Lucky Filmz Ltd or the relevant rights holder.

Unauthorized reproduction, resale, redistribution, or use of the footage outside the applicable license may result in termination of the license and may constitute copyright infringement.
