- Refund PolicyDigital footage can be downloaded immediately, so purchases are generally final. Defective files, wrong files and duplicate payments are the exceptions.Last updated 18 September 2026
- Cancellation PolicyAn order can be cancelled any time before the footage is downloaded. Commissioned shoots can be cancelled on notice, with a sliding scale once a date is held.Last updated 18 September 2026
- Drone Footage Licensing & Usage PolicyBuying footage grants a licence to use it, not ownership of it. Copyright stays with Lucky Filmz or the rights holder.Last updated 18 September 2026
